The Laws of the Pack always should be obeyed. No excuses. 1. Loyalty to one pack only. If any circumstances that the Alphas agree upon joining another pack, it may be done, otherwise no wolf should join any other pack, if they're in Dawnrunners. 2. Respect and dignity. We're all humans on the outside, therefore we have feelings, but we as well, as wolves, need to realize that -everyone- deserves respect. Treat each wolf as you would liked to be treated. 3. OOC (Out of Character) is taken place in #WolfChat. ((brackets)) are used for OOCing if you do so in #Dawnrunners, however, the limit is 3 lines, but NO OOC should be tolerated in Dawnrunners. Please Note: If the OOC chan becomes a tolerable target for chatters, and there's no role play, the OOC channel -will- be closed. 4. Only 1 wolf character allowed in the pack. If you bare pups, please find players. 5. Do not beg for Ops, zoom, or advertise in the channels. 6. Please asure to READ THE TOPIC IN THE CHANNELS for recent updates and whatnots of the Pack. The topic is important!!! 7. Activity is one thing I really hate stressing, but it is recommended. Don't join the Pack if you feel you won't be able to role play. I allow your spirit to be set free, but you have to have the time to do so. Activeness and Dedication are keys in this pack. They can make you go far. 8. Harrassment is a definant no-no. Please do not harrass members, and DO NOT kick/ban other members. That is intolerable, therefore shall not be done. 9. Drama is NOT acceptable in the Pack. Now when I say drama, I mean crap like "omg I don't like her she's a b*tch." "Packs are saying stuff about us! *roams and says crap about them*" stuff like that. That's a no-no. I don't tolerate such drama, thus it -will- not be allowed while you're visiting, AND joining the pack. Be cool, say NO to drama! 10. No Magic/Magick/Shapeshifting. We're realistic, so stay as a realistic wolf. 11. This Pack is a -Family Pack-, therefore things shall remain rated G. No swearing, no sexual acts, or anything innappropriate. The OOC may have some profound swearing, but it's the OOC chan, it's going to happen. Anything above that is unacceptable, however. 12. Have fun! Pounce a wolf, slobber them, be silly! Socialize with everyone. Don't just sit in a corner and remain to yourself, otherwise the Alpha will pounce you. 13. All scripts are not allowed in the #Dawnrunners channel, however, they are not minded in #WolfChat. Just please mind the colors and over excessiveness. We rather not see them continuously. 14. Colors are allowed, but to a minimal. Gray, Purple & Teal are accepted, as well as blue for any OOC scripts. Sometimes maroon as well, but no other please. Mating Rules - This includes breeding and courting. 1. Courting is only allowed if one wolf is in the pack, and the other is a lone wolf. You may not have an outerpack relationship. I am sorry. It is recommended that both wolves are in Dawnrunners. 2. You must be an adult before Mating. Courting may start when you reach a year old, but Mating doesn't commence till about 2 or 3 years old. 3. Show the Alphas that you are indeed ready to Mate before noting a Ceremony. Every ceremony happens at a Meeting, and it is normally a big, special celebration for both wolves. 4. After being Mated, be sure to realize you can begin breeding between the months; March to June. Make sure to find players for your pups, and they HAVE to be newcomers, or lone wolves. 5. Gesgation takes 63 to 65 days, and litters can reach up to 7 pups. Mothers are normally in their den at all times during the birthing, and afterwards. 6. Pups stay in their parent's den for a few weeks. They open their eyes 9 days after the birthing. Hunting Rules 1. Hunting can commence whether an Alpha, Beta, or Hunter is present. Group of 3 or more wolves should make a perfect hunt. 2. Attacks are normally in order; from so, they go by ranked, to member, to pup, to assessment, to VIW, to visitor. 3. Pups may start to go on group hunts at the age of 10 months. They may be accompanied by an adult to watch at the age of 6 months. 4. Pups may hunt small critters when 6 months, such as rabbits, or even bugs, or a wolfie's tail! ;) 5. After each kill, is it neccessary to howl for the animal's spirit, then with teamwork, carry the carcass back to the cache. Basic Channel Rules 1. Only Alphas, Betas, and Elders may set autoOPs to new members. [Omegas, Packmembers, etc.] All Packmembers get a Op level of 6. 2. Please keep cursing to a minimum. We rather no cursing, but there is allowed minimal cursing in the OOC channel. 3. Those Opped may have access to change the topic, but the Alphas are entitled to changing the colors as they see fit. Suggestions allowed, however. 4. Everyone must be logged into #Dawnrunners and #wolfchat when they come on. No exceptions. 5. Inactivity is assured within a month or two with noshow. You will be demoted from voice/Ops, and placed in an inactive list. Do not beg for Ops or voice when you return, as during this time, you may have to redo Assessment, unless you have a really good reason of why noshow. UELOA is unacceptable. {Unexplained Leave of Absence} 6. Only Visiting Alphas, Pledges, Assessments & Honored Guests may get a voice. Regular visitors may not. |
